Sometimes all you need is to leave behind the dailiness of your familiar surrounding for a little while, and get out of the cold Midwest February winter!  

We're inviting you to get away and immerse in new experiences, so that you're freed up to rejuvenate, reconnect, and renew yourself.  This retreat is designed to provide you with a space in which you can play, explore, grow your practice, and be inspired for new possibility and vitality.

SO, WHAT'S THE DEAL?!  We've made it SUPER EASY for you! We're delivering an inclusive package that takes care of the fine tuning, so that you don't have to figure anything out.  

All you have to do is SHOW UP.  

 

INCLUDED IN YOUR RETREAT*:

 

  • 6 days and 5 nights accommodations in jungle cabinas at Peace Retreat

  • Transportation by shuttle to and from Liberia airport (1 hour each way)

  • 2 fresh, local meals each day (breakfast and evening meal) at Peace Retreat

       (Free daytimes to do your own thing whether it be adventure or laying on the beach -

       lunch on your own)

  • Optional DAILY YOGA classes, led by both Meg Rima and Peace Retreat

  • Optional WELLNESS WORKSHOPS led by Kristina Castañeda

  • Optional MEDITATIONS led by Peace Retreat

  • Beach restoration (15 minute jungle walk), or choose below

*ALL ACTIVITIES are optional.  They are included for your pleasure, but if you'd rather

spend your days basking in the sun and taking in all that the ocean and beach offers you, 

go for it.  You're on YOU time.  Fully present to the moment and what your

One of the best ways to explore the breathtaking scenery in Playa Negra is through the multiple adventure tours available. Experience the beauty of Costa Rica up close and personal by getting close to nature and experiencing wildlife, the landscape, and the stunning surroundings.  During your time in paradise you will have the opportunity to swing through the jungle on zip-lines, horseback ride on the beach, see the local area on mountain bikes and/or by hiking to see waterfalls (seasonal), surf, SUP and snorkel, too!

REGISTRATION & ROOMMATES

 

Upon your registration deposit, you will receive our key forms: Terms and Conditions, Waiver of Liability, and Retreat Enrollment and Payment Confirmation.  Here, you will be able to request a roommate. In the event that you do not have a traveling/retreat partner with whom you wish to share a room, Embody Renegade Wellness and Ignite Power Yoga Studio will attempt to match you to another person of the same gender for a double room.
